YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As the ESG Process lead, you will be critical in steering our ESG Processes into regional/local projects, ensuring they meet the globally defined real estate ESG objectives. In this role, you'll initiate, manage and oversee the execution of such projects, steer the vendor selection, and provide crucial support to the project teams.

  • Lead and manage regional/local projects aligned with our sustainability/ESG and Net Zero strategy.

  • Establish and implement project management frameworks for effective monitoring, control, and execution.

  • Ensure project deliverables are within budget and meeting ESG objectives.

  • Select and manage vendors considering their sustainability practices and alignment with our ESG goals.

  • Coach and support regional/local teams to enhance project execution and compliance with ESG processes.

YOUR PROFILE

Aspiring candidates must have a detailed understanding of ESG processes, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and practical experience in implementing sustainability strategies within business operations.

  • Undergraduate degree in Environment Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree is preferred.

  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of ESG processes.

  • Proven leadership and excellent communication abilities.

  • Experience in project management with a focus on sustainability initiatives.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert in ESG processes.

  • Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing project management frameworks and protocols.
