Job Description

Join our Brand Digital Presence Engineering team as a Lead Software Engineer where you will spearhead our mobile application development. Your role will focus on:

  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of our Mobile Applications Platform

  • Enhancing software reliability and security through proactive architecture and process evaluations

  • Building and maintaining product and architecture frameworks across Business, Information, Application, and Technology domains

  • Driving technology decisions, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost-effective application management

  • Upskilling team members, including Product and Operation Managers, in mobile technology and software best practices

Job Qualifications

  • Flutter developer experience

  • Strong understanding of modern mobile tech stack, including Android, iOS, and REST-based web services

  • Proven ability to work with Firebase for backend services

  • Experience with public cloud solutions using popular platforms (Azure or GCP preferred)

  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as Apigee, Solace, Kafka, or Apollo GraphQL

  • Good understanding of DevOps practices, privacy, and software security concepts

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building high-quality relationships with Corporate IT and shared service organizations, business partners, clients, users, company leaders, and external partners

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to learn and develop technical expertise through self-learning, external courses, and industry certifications

  • English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
