Job Description
Join our Brand Digital Presence Engineering team as a Lead Software Engineer where you will spearhead our mobile application development. Your role will focus on:
Leading the development and continuous improvement of our Mobile Applications Platform
Enhancing software reliability and security through proactive architecture and process evaluations
Building and maintaining product and architecture frameworks across Business, Information, Application, and Technology domains
Driving technology decisions, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost-effective application management
Upskilling team members, including Product and Operation Managers, in mobile technology and software best practices
Job Qualifications
Flutter developer experience
Strong understanding of modern mobile tech stack, including Android, iOS, and REST-based web services
Proven ability to work with Firebase for backend services
Experience with public cloud solutions using popular platforms (Azure or GCP preferred)
Knowledge of integration technologies such as Apigee, Solace, Kafka, or Apollo GraphQL
Good understanding of DevOps practices, privacy, and software security concepts
Excellent communication skills, capable of building high-quality relationships with Corporate IT and shared service organizations, business partners, clients, users, company leaders, and external partners
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to learn and develop technical expertise through self-learning, external courses, and industry certifications
English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
