Hyatt Front Office Host in WASHINGTON, District Of Columbia

The Front Office Host is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating a great guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Hotel front desk experience preferred but not mandatory

  • Must have availability to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, with shifts typically some time between 7a-11:30p

  • Flexibility to work overnight as needed
