VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Management Analyst to support a NAVSEA Program Office. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite in Washington, D.C. up to 3 days/week.Responsibilities:Deliver program management, acquisition, financial analysis, and logistics support to a NAVSEA Program Office. Work in a team environment to meet client challenges, provide critical thinking and analysis. Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree AND 5 years of program, acquisition, financial analysis, budget and/or logistics experience in support of DoD programs/projects OR 8 years of comparable experience will be considered in lieu of a degreeExperience with program and financial management of federal government and DoD programsExperience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) processExperience with consulting and technical advisementAbility to identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate, and propose resolutions to issuesProficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)Strong organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report program statusStrong written, editorial, and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level briefings and reportsActive DoD Secret Security ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management OfficesKnowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Financial Management RegulationExperience with Microsoft ProjectThis position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
