Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government company is looking for experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of Senior Project Manager with a Secret clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This is 1-2 days a week Telework opportunity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage priorities on multiple concurrent software projects and implement agile best practices.

  • Create and maintain technical project schedules.

  • Lead and manage a SharePoint development team.

  • Lead and manage a cloud development team building applications in .NET.

  • Interface with domestic and overseas customers.

  • Collect and translate business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Provide senior level cloud design support and direction.

  • Travel to EUR and IO missions, as needed, to meet and/or train Locally Engaged Staff (LES), management staff and IT staff.

  • Assist with planning and preparation for all IT related matters, as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Secret Clearance

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience

  • 6+ years demonstrated experience as a project lead or manager of application development projects.

  • 6+ years of demonstrated experience with .Net MVC, HTML, Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Visual Safe Source, SQL, SQL Plus, workflow automation, SharePoint development, SharePoint InfoPath, and management reporting.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and/or Google Cloud Services.

  • Knowledge and experience executing all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent experience.

  • ITIL Certification or equivalent experience.

  • The ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of cloud productivity suites, including Microsoft’s Office 365 and Google G-Suite.

  • Extensive experience with and SharePoint online.

  • Experience using MS Teams (or equivalent video sharing tools)

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
