Insight Global Pharmacy Customer Support Supervisor in Washington, Indiana

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Support Supervisor to join one of our best pharmaceutical clients in Indiana. This individual will assist with customer care activities such as medication cart audits, EMR organization and implementations, and oversee a team of 3-4 individuals. They will assume custody and responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and archiving of all patient medical records including drugs, treatment and additional orders to provide periodic, current, updated, reprints of MARs and Physician Orders to the customer. This individual should either have some pharmacy experience or willingness to train in the pharmacy as a technician to learn the business model. Experience in healthcare or crisis management is a plus!

Skills and Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED

· Any experience in healthcare, pharmacy experience is preferred. If no pharmacy experience, willingness to pursue their pharmacy technician license is required to be compliant with company business model.

· Experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

· Organization skills - written and verbal · Healthcare Experience

· Long-Term Care experience null
