Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Watsonville, CA
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for office inquiries and direct them as necessary.
Manage office communications including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Perform data entry and maintain databases.
Help in organizing company events and other activities.
Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification s:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Outlook, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
