Actalent Design Project Manager in Waukegan, Illinois
Description:
Lead development of executable designs for renovation, replacement, and new installations
Manage design budgets for construction projects
Establish creative strategy, budgets, and schedules for projects
Implement building standards for design delivery
Review quality and accuracy of design projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for design
Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, internal business partners, IT, and vendors
Provide reporting on the implementation of projects while in progress upon completion

Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, Procore proficiency is a plus
Experience managing projects from start to finish
Licensure is a plus
