Job Description Summary
The MR Global Clinical Training Leader works closely with cross functional MR teams to create high quality, internal training programs. In addition to supporting product development, the Training Leader works with global MR teams to ensure knowledge transfer occurs prior to product launch. Will also help to identify the clinical value of new applications and provide support to other areas of clinical development as needed.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead internal NPI training programs for GEHC colleagues
Provide training plans to engineering teams for NPI rollout
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions
Ensure high quality MR training is delivered to the field applications teams and sales/marketing teams.
Creation of both GEHC internal and customer facing training materials
Support handoff and knowledge transfer to region MR training teams
Build strong relationships with region teams to drive collaboration
Help to identify clinical value of NPIs and build representative image database
Create and edit high quality multimedia formats (video, podcasts, etc) for training purposes
Support additional areas of clinical development as needed
Qualifications:
Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or global equivalent.
Knowledge of global MR user needs outside of the United States.
Experience in performing MR procedures including a variety of clinical applications.
At least 8 yrs. of experience in the medical industry.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers).
Training experience: present complex material while maintaining a professional image.
Clinical marketing experience
3+ years experience with multimedia editing tools and video creation
Desired Characteristics:
Advanced degree (Bachelors or Masters).
At least 10 yrs. experience in the medical industry.
Application experience.
X-ray, CT, or NM experience.
Previous GE Healthcare experience.
Previous teaching or training experience
Competitive knowledge.

Must be able to work onsite daily out of our Waukesha, WI location.
