Summary: Supports and promotes wire, cable & electrical supplies product lines to industrial accounts in support of company growth and strategic objectives. Minimum & Preferred Requirements Maintain a valid driver\'s license. Associate or bachelor\'s degree in business, commercial or industrial construction, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience working with electrical products in lieu of degree. Strong customer service skills. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. Previous experience working with electrical distributors preferred. Previous experience promoting products to industrial customers preferred. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide pre-sales support to customers, including: review of customer project specifications and documents, preparing and presenting bills of materials, and properly sizing and recommending components to solve application requirements. Prepare and conduct product and solution-based demos, presentations, and seminars for customers to promote the products. Design, manage, and deliver technical training to internal and external customers in support of product line. Utilize the customer relationship manager (CRM) tool to log and manage customer opportunities, tasks, customer interactions, and support responses from customers in assigned region. Execute product strategy for new and emerging products within designated product lines. Participate in quarterly sales planning meetings with Account Managers to understand new products, programs, and determine needs of customers. Provide post-sales support to customers, including: assisting with customer escalated issues, implementation troubleshooting, and expediting issues to appropriate vendor partners.
