TEKsystems Order Processing Customer Service Representative in Waunakee, Wisconsin
Job Description:
Responsible for providing Sales Support to customers and internal sales reps including but not limited to expediting, quoting, order taking, restocking and troubleshooting problems. They are taking custom orders and will have client specific questions that will require reaching out to other departments . They'll be working in Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of customer service or order entry(resume)
Ability to think analytically and pick up technical product knowledge
High School Diploma
Ability to think anayltically and tech savvy
45 WPM
Strong computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Hours
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm - Located onsite**
