JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Advisor I performs financial analysis for Baylor Scott and White (BSWH) and the entities supported by Financial Analysis/Decision Support Services. Assists in the collection and analysis of data on new projects or services, capital acquisitions and long-range strategic financial planning.
WORK MODEL
This financial advisor position is 100% on campus
No remote or hybrid options for this role so you must be local to the facility in Waxahachie, Tx.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Performs analysis of financial and operational data to support management decisions including impact on current operations and projections of future impact.
Participates in performance/process improvement objectives of BSWH.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, pivot tables, etc.)
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Works well with Executive Leadership & hospital leaders
Experience in healthcare financials (Budgeting, capital equipment requests, etc.)
