We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to manage numerous high-priority tasks. The perfect candidate is an adept planner who can respond efficiently and accurately while maintaining flexibility. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Efficiently managing and prioritizing the HR leader's calendar and time, ensuring optimal scheduling and time allocation. Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, organizing appointments, and arranging travel plans. Performing complex and potentially confidential administrative tasks using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, such as drafting letters, updating spreadsheets, and creating presentations. Screening and directing incoming calls/emails and providing general assistance as needed. Maintaining high attention to detail, adapting to daily schedules, and focusing on efficiency without compromising quality. Providing project management support and driving progress on critical projects, including but not limited to staffing and resource planning, onboarding new team members, space planning, and developing strategies for team efficiencies. Organizing and facilitating department events. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Significant work experience: 5-7 years of supporting senior-level executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Superior administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action. Emotional maturity with a positive, low-stress demeanor in both words and actions. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted to the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
