Role Description Form Energy is hiring a Manager of Process Engineering to lead and grow the team responsible for ramping up manufacturing volumes on revolutionary first-of-a-kind production lines for our Anode, a critical component of Form Energy's Iron-Air battery. As the leader of a team of highly innovative engineers and technicians, you will be responsible for the development of manufacturing processes all the way from equipment commissioning to high volume production at Form Factory 1. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Electrode Process. Our Electrode Process Team is a cross-disciplinary group of experts in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing. Together, we're responsible for designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge electrode manufacturing processes. In this role, your leadership will make a significant and daily impact on a novel battery technology that will bring revolutionary reliability and sustainability to the electric grid. Prioritize safety across all aspects of manufacturing, ranging from process design to scaled manufacturing

Grow a team of world class engineers to expand Form's process engineering capabilities

Partner closely with our Manufacturing Equipment Team to design, build, install, and develop processes on first-of-kind manufacturing equipment

Lead a team of engineers in tackling tough challenges encountered during production ramps on these same equipment sets
