Description
Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in the accounting department, including AP & AR.
Accounts Payable &/or Accounts Receivable
- Voucher Vendor PO and Non-PO related invoices.
- Review invoices and obtain approvals as necessary.
- Enter and route payable invoices.
- Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Initiation of checks, wires, or ACH Payments
- Enter sales invoices.
- Assist in collections.
- Assist in the annual preparation of 1099 statements.
- Process cash receipts.
- Print wire receipts and maintain payment & receipt log.
- Prepare spreadsheets to allocate various charges to the operating units.
- Provide backup to receptionist as needed, (i.e. covering the phones, etc.)
- Assists with month-end close processes.
- Adheres to accounting and auditing policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Education/Training:
