Kelly Services Assembly Technician in West Fargo, North Dakota
Join Kelly® as an Assembly Technician at a top manufacturing company in West Fargo, ND! These technician roles operator a variety of tools and equipment to assemble and disassemble product.
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)
Shifts Available:
1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm (occasional overtime on Fridays)
2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:45am (occasional overtime on Fridays)

Responsibilities:
Operate tools and equipment to assemble/disassemble products
Perform basic and advanced assembly/disassembly operations
Identify and categorize part wear patterns
Ensure quality using blueprints, gauges, and other tools
Develop new assembly/disassembly procedures
Use precision measuring devices
Train other technicians
Assist the lead person when needed
Perform preventive maintenance
Conduct 5S and Safety Stop Audits
Participate in continuous improvement processes
Support cross-training in the shop
Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 - 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanic environment preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated and self-driven
