Description
Our client is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join the team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all tax related decisions and activities in the organization. You will be responsible for keeping the company tax-compliant and current on any new tax laws. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with other accounting and reporting for the entire company.
Responsibilities
Lead tax process with outside accounting firms
Tax strategy and planning
Performing complex tax research
Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
Prepare for and lead tax audits
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
6+ years' of experience of professional tax experience ideally in public accounting
Experience with complex structures and partnership tax
Strong communication and analytical skills
