Responsible for facilitating the concerted efforts of assigned team to achieve and sustain desirable levels of internal and external customer service, regulatory compliance and financial performance with the department. The team leader works in an integrated, harmonious manner with team. Serves as a mentor and role model for fellow members through demonstration an outstanding work ethic, superior technical knowledge, and concern for the values and mission of Ozarks Healthcare. Must have excellent customer services skills and the ability to work independently in a fast paced high demanding area. High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates and/or additional college preferred. Work experience could be equivalent to college.
