Independent Stainless Fabrication (ISF) is a sanitary stainless process piping company that builds, installs, and maintains filtration and other food grade sanitary process systems, primarily in the dairy processing industry. We are hiring welders and/or general laborers. TIG experience with stainless a plus, but not required. Travel is required; we work on a 10/4 rotation (gone 10 days, home 4 days). All travel expenses are paid (lodging, transportation) plus daily per diem. Health insurance available after 90 days; ISF will pay 1/2 of the employee's premium. Other benefits offered as well (paid vacation, paid holidays, retirement, etc.), to be further discussed at time of interview. Must have general construction knowledge (know how to read a tape measure, etc.). We are looking for dependable, self-motivated, fast-learning individuals with a desire to learn our specific trade.
