1ST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION Member Service Representative in WEST SALEM, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you looking for a new career or an individual starting out in the workforce? 1st Community Credit Union (1st CCU) is a mid-sized credit union with three branches located in Western Wisconsin. We currently are recruiting a 30 hour a week Member Service Representative (MSR ) to work in our West Salem office. In this position you would be responsible for assisting our members with their financial needs. An example of what could transpire in a typical day would be helping new and existing member with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account questions all while developing professional relationships through explaining our products and services. We will teach you and train you for the position. We work in a team environment, have an extensive training program with a specific guide and mentor to assist you, encourage collaboration and open communication. You will have regular contact with all employees of the credit union. This position is the face of our credit union as you are typically the first point of contact coming into the branch and the last point of contact as our members leave. We are looking for an individual that enjoys working in the public, with people and can interact and engage in their financial needs. You need to have an ability to multi-task and have an attention to detail. This work will be done in a normal office environment, is a full time 30 hour a week position with some exceptional benefits.
