This is a position with global grade 12 Your role and responsibilities Contribute to the planning process for the business unit Partner with relevant business leader in determining strategy for their area of responsibility, developing implementation and monitoring plan Enable strategy translation into detailed business plans and monitors measurable targets Drive business planning and forecasting process for their area of responsibility Lead cross functional initiatives that support strategic goals Drive the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within their area of responsibility Lead, provide guidance and participate or facilitate best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality and efficiency for their area of responsibility Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures Define and implement internal controls regarding financial and non financial operations Assess business risk exposure and define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities from business propositions Establish and drive processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information Ensure high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required with minimum 10 years of experience in related field Accounting Financial Analysis Performance and People Management Operational Excellence Risk Management and Internal Controls Data Analytic Must be willing to work in office with a Hybrid schedule located in Westerville, OH.
