TEKsystems Customer Care Specialist in Westminster, Colorado

TEKsystems is hiring customer service representatives to join our clients team onsite near Westminster. This role requires candidates to have some previous experience in customer service, however this experience can be retail. This DOES NOT require call center experience.

Description:

  • You will be supporting Back Up Care team to provide customer service via phone.

  • Partner with a number of employees from specified client companies

  • Accept inbound calls from employees at their client and/or placing outbound calls to internal networks to help find a daycare solution in order for employeee o work their normal day

  • The goal of this position is for you to find a childcare solution for the employee.

  • Documentation of customer interactions will take place in specified CRM.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, flexible to work a Saturday or Sunday

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1-year customer service (open on industry)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone conversations accurately

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, in addition to, the ability to work closely with other team members and departments

Proficient in basic Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills (copy, paste, etc.)

Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems
