This hybrid position is located at our corporate office in Westmont, IL and requires 3-4 days a week onsite.
The Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable role would include Developing and Tracking KPI’s and auditing Accounts Receivable report bi-weekly, understanding the business and key drivers, performing research and analytics as required to help drive sound business decisions and drive bottom line growth, and mentoring the 2 Accounts Receivable analysts on the AR Team who are reporting to the Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable. This role reports to our Accounts Receivable Manager on the AR Team. Responsibilities
Ability to provide good customer service and address complaints promptly
Knowledge in Finance systems
Business acumen of the Accounts Receivable Sales/Revenue process
Expertise in calculating account balances, adjustments, and Refunds
Extensive understanding of how banking and finance systems work together
Knowledge of company products, product pricing, and sales policies
Reconcile variances between different reporting systems
Provide day-to-day support for our shop locations and operational leadership teams
Review and analyze large volumes of data with the ability to produce findings then translate in an easily digestible way for multiple levels of leadership
Build and foster relationships throughout the organization, creating an environment of collaboration
Assist in process implementation and project manage initiatives from a financial perspective
Qualifications
0-3 years Finance or Accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel)
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Detail oriented with good organizational and analytical skills
Strong self-motivated team player
