Description and Requirements
At Lenovo we strive to put more innovation in the hands of more people so they can do more amazing things. We are currently seeking a Refurbish Associate to join our team based in our 240,000 square feet fulfillment and manufacturing center in Whitsett, NC (between Greensboro/Burlington).
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily production for assigned area within Lenovo's US fulfilment Center
This position requires motivating and coaching colleagues to meet productivity goals along with a deep understanding on meeting customer expectations.
Position will make decisions daily on resource utilization and balancing workload with available resources.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
SAP or WMS skills and ability to work with MS Office and has analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Position will be required to give work direction, track status of work and take action as needed.
Individual will be responsible for results of assigned area.
Someone who is willing to dive into the details, drive change, and process improvements that will lead to greater speed and efficiencies.
Solving complex problems and coordinating with peers will be a daily activity.
Accountable for daily production requirements enabling the operations to meet various metrics
