To be a successful Associate Manager of Transportation you must become able to do the following always:
- Coordinate transportation schedule with the permanency services teams and company drivers. Maintains transport information in a database.?
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Responsible for correspondence (phone calls and emails) related to transport or transportation needs.?
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Informs drivers prior to transport about special accommodations and issues that could impact safety.?
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Maintain drivers logs and fleet documentation.?
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Training of Para Plan software for staff.
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Supervise, support, and provide consultation to transportation staff utilizing the Supervision for Success model.
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Exercise discretion and judgement in the best interest of children served related to transportation activities. Provide knowledge, skills, and tools to transportation staff to successfully function within the expectations and procedures outlined in company policy and procedures.?Provide back-up to the Transportation Manager.
{=html} <!-- --> 1. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.?
