Responsibilities and Expectations
- Post Close and Verify booking of all loan types including commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans
- Build loan exceptions in our loan exception tracking system
- Working to continually develop and improve internal procedures
- Assist collateral reviews and audits
- Assist in activities related to file management; document scanning, file building, and vault filing
- Exhibit exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Compliance/Regulation
Responsible for following all aspects of Bank Policys including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.
Required Skills & Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in banking or finance related industry preferred
- Communication skills
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible
- Organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment as well independently
