Job Title: Quality ManagerJob Description

Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, AS9100, and all statutory and regulatory requirements. Evaluate and report on internal and external contributor quality systems. Oversee inspection personnel in verification of all internally and externally sourced product conformance to requirements. Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products. Monitor and report on the performance of the organization’s Quality Management System. Drive actions based on information collected during audits, reviews, data collection, internal/external inputs, and general business needs in pursuit of systematic continuous improvement. Responsible for accuracy and timely quality inspection of products and maintenance of calibrated equipment used to verify conformance to requirements. Maintain current knowledge of aviation industry standards and general practices. Manage continuous improvement and quality personnel. Continuously pursue improved flow and targeted waste reduction. Develop, implement, and maintain Learning Management Systems. Work directly with all levels of organizational leadership coaching towards the pursuit of personal and professional development. Continuously research and explore new technology with the team to evaluate potential for organizational advancement. Lead and/or participate in systematic problem solving and implementation of effective countermeasures. Inspect products and fulfill First Article Inspection requirements based on customers' requests.

Responsibilities

  • Proven work ethic and ability to meet customer demands

  • Hands-on approach to achieving results

  • Ability to acquire knowledge of special processing requirements & specifications

Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM in an engineering office setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr.
