Looking for a part-time dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office related and clerical tasks. This position is highly visible and is the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate must have customer service orientation, be courteous and friendly, excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a work ethic.
The part-time Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, in addition to providing general clerical support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answers incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate person/department and take and relay messages as needed
Greets and screen people seeking access to the facility
Sorting and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail and accepting deliveries
General clerical/administrative support to the HR Department and assisting with projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Experience
High School Diploma (or equivalent) with one year of clerical office experience
- Licensure/Certifications
Current Background Clearance Screening Letter
Valid Florida driver's license and insurable by agency's current insurance carrier
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Ability to meet Organizational Required Competency standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Good communications skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of various office equipment (copier, fax, switchboard)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job regularly operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and/or arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Repetitive motion is also required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
