AP Professionals/AP Technical Search Customer Success Manager in Williamsville, New York

Williamsville. AP Professionals. Customer Success Manager. $60,000 - $70,000/year.

Direct hire, Onsite, $60-70k

Looking for a passionate, accountable, and team-oriented individual to work in the Buffalo office. The ideal candidate possesses a hunger to learn loan management software and how it provides positive outcomes for customers.

Principal Responsibilities: * Be the point person for customers and advocate for their needs and requests from onboarding to launching new or migrating existing portfolios to identification and execution of operational efficiencies. * Onboarding new customers to ensure they are properly trained, educated and up to speed on the software and its capabilities. * Support customer growth and retention, ensuring that they get the most value out of the loan management system. * Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, including opportunities for product enhancement and new feature implementation. * Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of industry trends and developments. * Collaborate with leadership and complementary teams across the business to help customers execute their business plans, meet objectives, and improve KPIs.

Requirements * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. * Outstanding written, verbal and customer-facing communication skills. * Proven track record working directly with customers to deliver meaningful business results, including answering support and service questions, troubleshooting, following up on cases, asking for feedback, and keeping track of all necessary documentation. * Excels in a team environment, displaying the energy and ability to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and achieve company-wide initiatives.
