This is a Hybrid position with 3 days a week. We are flexible hiring this person in Buffalo-NY or Irvine-CA.

Your role:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will work with the product, development, and production teams to create and execute quality assurance plans and develop user acceptance scripts for new functionality releases for Finance Operations

  • Monitor PI release schedule
  • Maintain stakeholder list
  • Validate test scripts
  • Ensure adherence to entry and exit criteria
  • Partner with Product and IST ensure alignment with QA plans
  • Ensure test environment and data are set up
  • Report UAT progress
  • Ensure defects are addressed end-to-end
  • Obtain sign off
  • Maintain the QA playbook
  • Create, read, and apply Figma diagrams


What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 3 years in a role working with scripting languages and creating and maintaining test plans and test cases.
  • Strong experience in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot software issues effectively
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with performance testing tools and methodology
  • User acceptance testing in their career, either part time, temporary project assignment or internship
  • Have created incidents or defects
  • Have provided guidance to technical teams on what the problem is and what the desirable outcome should be
  • Have used xRay, Gira, and confluence is a plus but not required
  • xVantage or have participated in xVanatage deployments
  • Have coordinated user acceptance testing labs

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80, 400.00 - $136, 700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
