The Market Leadership Team (MLT) program, is a cross-firm initiative that unites senior leaders to promote business growth across the United States.

The CFO for CR, Morgan Health and MLT is seeking to fill the role of Senior Financial Analysis Business Manager with someone who is passionate about leveraging their expertise to enable and ensure financial discipline, develop business and decision useful analysis, and streamline, improve and transform existing processes in support of the MLT program.

The Senior Financial Analysis Business Manager will report into the CFO office and will advise and be part of the broader MLT / Corporate Responsibility / Morgan Health CFO team. This position will be located in Delaware or New York and includes a team of one direct report, and will work in close coordination with the MLT program and Corporate Finance P&A teams.

Job responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will work closely with the MLT program team and Senior Leadership across MLT including the CFO and Corporate Finance P&A teams to deliver on the organizations finance agenda and be able to manage / execute the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing MLT budget and forecasting processes, implementing enhancements to meet dynamic demands of an evolving organization while challenging business partners to think critically and instilling detail oriented rigor and controls to ensure accurate financial results

  • Accountable for all MLT expense reporting, driving transparency around assumptions, analyzing and tracking variances to initial budget and updating forecasting while ensuring consistency, where appropriate with other Corporate groups

  • Responsible for providing data driven analysis and insights for Senior Leadership to inform decision making for the organization and facilitate quarterly department and other periodic financial reviews

  • Responsible for providing support to manage MLT's headcount through effective tracking and reporting, as well as insightful and dynamic analysis in the everchanging business environment

  • Responsible for partnering with the MLT program team to enhance and implement various financial processes, including those leveraged to onboard / renew suppliers

  • Manage a team of finance professionals providing mentorship and opportunities to foster development and growth.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

This position requires a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant financial services industry experience coupled with experience in a financial planning and analysis or business management-related role.

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or related area

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required

  • Flexible, organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently

  • Ability to synthesize and structure data to tell the story is important along with natural intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor messaging and communicate effectively across all levels of management

  • Strong partnership and stakeholder-focused mindset

  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization including ability to work across/with various functions
