This Operations Manager for Services and Customer Success is an exciting opportunity to help maximize the value of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) software solutions, for both customers and Keysight. Through this role, you'll report to and partner with a Senior Director responsible for worldwide customer success (both pre-sales and post-sales). While you'll also help optimize the operational excellence of our Customer Success Organization (CSO), your primary responsibility is doing this specifically for our EDA Services. Responsibilities Partner with Sr. Director to help optimize global operations for Customer Success Organization Regional EDA Service Managers will report dotted line to this role for guidance, training and mentoring Guide the EDA Services & Training portfolio (i.e., part numbers, structures, price, service delivery methods and protocols, etc.), and collect/communicate best practices across the global organization Coordinate planning efforts (Strategic Planning Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.) for EDA Services & Training, including impact on software business growth Maintain global process and business-critical templates (e.g., Statement of Work, Pricing Guides, etc.) required for EDA Services & Training Document and maintain major Quote-to-Cash processes involving Service Engineers, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers Refine and track metrics for success for EDA Services Forecast, track, and report global orders and revenues for EDA Services & Training Partner with Portfolio and Business leaders to assure that Customer Success Organization plans and activities, especially for EDA Services & Training, align with those of the business Qualifications Careers Privacy Statement US Citizenship required BS or MS EE (or equivalent) needed, MBA desired Knowledge of Keysight EDA solutions and how they are used for design & verification of devices, circuits, and subsystems (RF/Microwave, High-Speed Digital, Electronic System Level, Power Electronics, Quantum, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in technical business process documentation, training, Services, etc. Able to adopt, support, and optimize processes and operations to maximize team impact Able to communicate at multiple organizational levels, from the C-suite to technicians and engineers, with customers and internally Excellent communications and presentation skills Skilled at group facilitation (co-located and remote) and at coordinating globally distributed teams Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
