Focus: CSR, Call Center, (POs) Purchase Orders, Commercial Airline Repair Purchase Orders or Military Airline Purchase Orders

Required: 2+yrs of Customer Service Experience

SUMMARY

The Customer Service Analyst Specialist is the focal point between customers and internal company functions,

Regarding such matters as:

  • Pricing

  • Scheduling

  • Contract requirements

  • Shipping

  • Documentation

    The ideal candidate contributor to a dynamic team environment, being proactive and results oriented, and possessing communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    RESPONSIBIITIES:

    • Processing and Administering Orders

    • Preparing General Correspondence

    • Coordinating Customer Service needs

    • Management of Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial and/or Military Airline customers

    • Focus on External & Internal customer support

    o Action daily queue management such as inductions, quoting, turn-time mitigations, customer status reports, assist with on time delivery metrics and objectives, etc.

    o Participate, engage, and support customer meetings – virtually and/or in-person

    o Build and maintain customer trust and relations

    • Our team is dynamic and fast-paced. The ability to adapt to our constantly evolving environment and priorities is essential.

    o This role will provide numerous opportunities that will help build your aerospace and customer relations experience with both commercial and military platforms

    o Previous account specialists have progressed to various roles, such as production control, operations team leaders, program management, supply chain, etc.

    REQUIRED - QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    o Required - HS diploma or GED, Preferred - Associates or Bachelors (BS/BA/BBA)

    o Required - Computer skills- i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, PPT and Excel).

    o US Citizen and US Person candidates permitted

    PREFERRED - QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    o Preferred - Customer service experience

    o Preferred - SAP knowledge would be great to consider as well. Other Software Similar to SAP: ORACLE, JD Edwards, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Kinetic

    In lieu of a degree, the manager will consider reviewing candidates with customer service experience.
