The Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, Clinical Documentation Improvement, and Care Management RN (QA/UR/CM/CDI Nurse) reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for the evaluation of quality patient care, compliance with regulation, and process improvements. Work flow includes coordinating with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Analyze and monitor performance data to determine trends to reduce costs and improve patient care. Review compliance with insurance standards based on DRG assignment.
