As our Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will lead the customer experience team, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle. This role offers unlimited PTO and a generous Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP), reflecting our commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being. Key Accountabilities
Provide Leadership and Management: Lead the customer experience team, ensuring accountability and high performance
Standard Work for Pricing and Sales Order Development: Develop and maintain processes for accurate pricing and sales orders
Align Pricing and Margin Levels: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align pricing strategies
Ensure Standards Compliance: Ensure alignment with Engineering and Production data
Seamless Customer Experience: Guarantee a smooth experience across all sales cycle stages
Essential Job Functions
Communication Channels: Maintain and develop communication channels for customer contact
Leadership Skills: Display strong leadership, team building, project management, and delegation skills
Team Development: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing customer experience team
Pricing Processes: Standardize effective pricing processes and manage non-standard pricing reviews
Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Production, and Analytics teams to capture and maintain shop standards
Market Feedback: Analyze and utilize customer survey results for continuous improvement
Warranty Process: Develop and execute warranty processes
Quotation Process: Improve quotation qualification and bookings forecasting in collaboration with Sales Management
Customer Advocacy: Proactively manage customer escalation processes and solutions
Effective Communication: Ensure team communication aligns with Regional Sales Manager’s strategies
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical field preferred
Experience: Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and/or business content development in a technical setting
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strategic Mindset: Understanding of order development, project management, and logistics
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions
Problem-Solving: Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills
Professionalism: Detail-oriented, driven, and dynamic, producing high-quality results
Self-Motivation: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Mathematical Skills: Basic skills in math, including fractions, decimals, and basic algebraic concepts
