Job Offered by No Fee Staffing Agency Position: **Carpentry (Experienced) Start Date: Immediately Pay Rate: $15 / an hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM to 5PM Location: Varies (Osceola County, Orlando, FL, Kissimmee, FL)

Job Summary: A carpenter is a construction professional who works with construction crews to build, adjust and repair wood frameworks in various construction projects. Able to work with their hands, using tools to build, and install frameworks that last a lifetime. We are looking for qualified Carpenters to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures. Must be able to work in diverse environments to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. Great knowledge of wood properties, other carpentry materials and following all health and safety standards are essential. Responsibilities: **

• Understand blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp the requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate the size and number of materials needed.
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements.
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
• Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are level and compatible.
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items and install them where designated.
• Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures.

Requirements and Skills:

• Must havereliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Employer does not supply work tools-Have basic tools.
• Bring your lunch.
• Proven experience as a carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools. (power saws, hammer, ruler, etc.).
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• A willingness to always follow safety guidelines.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Good understanding of basic math.
• Good physical condition and endurance.
• Time management skills.

Must have a reliable transportation for travel to job sites

Employer does not supply work tools-Havebasic tools.

Attendance is mandatory. Must report on time to job sites.
