Die Attach Engineering Technician
Looking for an established manufacturing Professional to program and operate equipment on DA prototype line. Great opportunity to grow, cross train, and expand skills. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to drawing specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Program, Operate and troubleshoot issues with the following: Datacon 2200 Evo Experience with Technologies such as Flip Chip/WLCSP, LTCC, Interposer, Epoxies MCM & QFN.
Verify quality of epoxy dispensing and solder workmanship.
Operating Dage Metrology equipment for Component and Die Shear.
Operating Reflow and epoxy cure ovens. Ability to create a profile and profile an oven.
Read and interpret assembly documents including BOM, drawings, schematics, and instructions.
Data collection and report compilation.
Enthusiastic team player, skilled at working with other professionals in a close-knit, dynamic group, eager to develop solutions.
Continuous training to learn other machines or processes.
Following skills are a plus:
Program, Operate and troubleshoot issues with the following: Fuji NXT, other SMT equipment, printing equipment, SPI, conveyers and reflow machines.
Set up equipment and feeders, run assembly line, as needed.
Verify placed components on the board for their alignment, polarities, description, and part numbers. Read / verify the values of the part.
Qualifications:
Associate or Vocational degree in Electronics, Manufacturing or Mechanical. 5+ years of experience with the following:
DA Technician
Datacon 2200 or Similar
ALPS Electronic Wafer Mapping
Hardware/ Mechanical background for maintenance, troubleshooting and optimum performance.
Experience performing visual inspection using X-ray equipment.
Intermediate computer skills & Microsoft office skills.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $28.65 - $50.05 per hour . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
