SHERMAN INN Housekeeping Manager in WOLF POINT, Montana

We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest concerns and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
  • Monitor and control labor and expenses to meet budgetary goals.

     

Qualifications:

  • Experience in housekeeping and/or management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
