Role Description:

The Senior Executive Assistant will provide support in all administrative areas. Responsible for providing assistance to Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently compose reports and correspondence.

  • Provide administrative support.

  • Heavy calendar management for multiple executives.

  • Process expense reports in timely manner.

  • Screen incoming calls, correspondence and responds independently when possible.

  • Arrange, participate in, and implement, as directed, conferences and committee meetings.

  • Coordinate activities including:

o Scheduling meetings

o Setting up conference calls

o Dealing with overseas clients

o Arrange complicated travel itineraries, domestic and international.

o All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High level of discretion, reliability, loyalty, confidentiality, and flexibility.

  • Proficiency in handling complex dictation accurately.

  • Exceptional grammatical and spelling skills.

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette

  • Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite Executives.

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels in a confident, professional manner.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated/ Self starter
