Job Description

Knowledge:

Must have the ability to conduct analysis and use complex analytical tools.

Must have a demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities.

Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to efficiently and productively communicate to a variety of groups and audiences.

Must have a demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials.

Strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute development strategy.

In-depth ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans.

Strong presence with ability to command respect through exercise of sound business judgment and clear decision-making is required.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or work groups as well as direct reports.

Ability to successfully work with external agencies, including advertising, public relations and medical education vendors to develop programs and materials is required.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets is required.

Specific education and experience requirements:

6+ years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields required.

Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices.

Previous experience in marketing research and/or pharmaceutical sales desired.

MBA or other advanced business degree is desired.

Therapeutic Area knowledge preferred.

Direct-to-Patient

Experience with Advocacy, Community and National Health systems and services are preferred.

岗位描述

根据公司及BU发展的业务要求，明确准入目标，制定准入策略，执行准入计划 承担相应的进院指标，掌握院内生态圈，推动业务进展 与内外部跨部门及业务伙伴建立良好的合作关系推动共同进行安必速的准入工作

主要职责

根据品牌特点及医院情况制定并推动重点医院个性化准入策略（一院一策） 研究掌握卫生部、（国）卫医办、医保及卫建委各项政策，结合政策进行准入工作 收集重点医院抗生素用药信息及准入流程，明确抗生素管理小组成员及意向 高频、高效拜访相关KOL，建立良好关系，树立公司、产品品牌 与中央KA紧密配合，将医院级别的活动与中央KA活动有序交叉，协同开展 制定内外部跨部门沟通机制，推进进院 与销售团队紧密配合，协同运营医院生态圈建设 赞助项目设计、平台搭建，有效落地进院工作 整合公司及跨BU资源，做到协同推进，多维度开展进院工作

经验与能力要求

本科及以上学历，医药、管理相关专业优先 3年以上医药外企KA或地区经理以上级别 有安必速目标医院进药经验优先 有安必速目标医院医院管理层资源者优先 逻辑思维清晰，执行计划迅速，跨部门沟通卓越 出色的人际关系及影响力 符合吉利德价值观
