SUMMARY:
The Executive Director is a highly-skilled, visionary leader who will provide inclusive,
transparent, and empowering executive leadership that supports and guides the organization's
mission. In their role, the Executive Director will organize, motivate, and mentor internal team
leaders, strategically growing the organization's impact, programs, and fundraising efforts. They
will continually foster a culture that encourages collaboration between departments and
recognizes positive contributions. Additionally, they will manage and motivate staff, overseeing
hiring, separation, ongoing staff development, performance management, and compensation and benefits processes, while inspiring a business-oriented, professional, results-driven environment across the organization.
The Executive Director will also contribute to the development of the strategic plan and drive its
implementation, establishing goals, objectives, and operational plans in collaboration with the
Board of Directors, staff, and other leaders. They will apply innovative thinking and performance
measurements to analyze and support strategic decision-making as they perform general
management duties, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. In their role, they
will execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy, targeting diverse funding sources such as
grants, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and individual donations. They will leverage their
extensive network and business acumen to cultivate and nurture relationships with current and
potential donors, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
