Technical advice and technical evaluation. Technical proposals and tests to become the contact point for repair engineers who support the global market and to obtain certification for cutting-edge repair technologies and methods such as machining, welding, and thermal spraying. Progress management of repair work with an eye to cost targets and deadlines. Leading continuous improvement activities in the repair process from the perspective of the LEAN production method. also share information with overseas factories and the results of continuous improvement activities. In addition, as an individual, we collaborate with colleagues from various global organizations to learn by challenging ourselves with fun, efficiency, and without fear of failure, and to achieve results.
