GE VernovaのOEM修理工場の一般事務スタッフとして、総務事務、受付事務及び経理事務等、工場の日ごろの工場運営のサポートを行う。

As a general administrative staff member of GE Vernova's OEM repair shop, provides support for the daily operation of the shop, including general affairs, reception and accounting.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• 電話応対、通話スクリーニング、メモ郵便物の配送・仕分け、備品管理・発注、伝票処理など、オフィス全体の管理および管理業務を提供します。

•顧客および内部訪問を準備します。の対応をします。

•さまざまな日々の短期目標を達成します。

•最新のドキュメント管理と入力を担当します。書類作成およびファイリングをします。

• Provide overall office management and administrative duties such as phone coverage, delivering and sorting mail, managing supplies and ordering, and processing slips.call screening, memos

• Prepare customer & internal visits.

• various day-to-day short-term objectives.

• Responsible for contemporary document management and filling.

Qualifications/Requirements:

•日本語ネイティブスピーカー

•ビジネスレベルの英語 (会話および筆記) 。

•MS Officeの習熟度。（中級レベル？）

•独立して仕事をし、正確で柔軟性がある。

•時間に追われながら仕事ができる。

•有能な性格、実践的なメンタリティ。

•同僚と協力するための強力なコミュニケーションスキル。

•サポートを必要としている人に積極的なサポートを提供するチームプレーヤーのメンタリティ。
