Dynamics Developer Are you passionate about children's education? Do you have a knack for creating great customer experiences using Microsoft Dynamics 365? STEM Learning UK is seeking a dynamic CRM Dynamics Developer to join our award-winning team!
At STEM Learning UK, we develop innovative platforms that enhance education. Microsoft Dynamics is a central part of our operations, supporting key processes and driving our programmes. We're on a mission to consolidate all customer management systems into Dynamics, creating a 'single source of truth' for our back-office processes. The Role
As a CRM Dynamics Developer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our goals by:
Crafting technical architecture and designing solutions
Developing new CRM and Power platform solutions
Integrating Dynamics with other applications
Providing '4th line' support for Dynamics/Power platform queries
Ensuring an exceptional customer experience with Dynamics 365

We're looking for a well-rounded professional with:
Experience in Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service
Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and plugins
Knowledge of CRM architecture, security models, and best practices
Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) skills
Familiarity with Azure services related to Dynamics 365
Bonus Points:
Experience integrating with Microsoft common data service, OData, and APIs
Dynamics certification
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
