What’s The Job? We are searching for an Enterprise Software Trainer to join our York, PA team who would be responsible for working in conjunction with business departments in identifying training needs and creating training materials and curriculum, organizing and scheduling training sessions, following up with existing staff to identify changes and improve and enhance existing skillsets, continually learning new tools to keep up with the business training needs for onboarding new staff or retraining existing staff.

What Will I Be Doing? Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

  • Identifying educational opportunities throughout the company, primarily on the main company software used for maintaining customer information, scheduling work for customers, managing work orders, managing equipment and billing for services. Also, to lesser extent on other applications used throughout the company, as needs are discovered.
  • Arranging and hosting training sessions in a multitude of different ways, such as classroom, one-on-one in person, virtual in person or recorded, electronic handout style documentation or any other relevant means of conveying and/or teaching information and application usage.
  • Design and facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid training.
  • Travelling to other locations/offices to provide training up to 1-2 days per week.
  • Travelling to other locations/offices for mergers and acquisitions, for more extended periods of time, to provide group trainings possibly up to a couple times per year.
  • Researching issues and providing answers to training related questions.
  • Working with business departments to develop, write and communicate new or updated processes and procedures.
  • Be present onsite at the York PA office with max of 2 days remote work per week, as schedule allows

    What Makes Me Qualified?

  • Experience designing and facilitating training in an traditional education or corporate setting.

  • Broad working knowledge of the Irium software application
  • General working knowledge of Service Max, Salesforce and Microsoft Office/365 applications
  • Working knowledge of diverse types of software applications and general understanding of the functions of all business departments and how they need and use applications to perform those functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Neat, professional appearance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in creation of training materials
  • Ability to create training materials in various formats
  • Personable and friendly demeanor, exhibiting patience and understanding of all skill and ability levels of staff to be trained
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the audience to impart knowledge of the material being presented
