Eaton Corporation HR Business Partner in Zaltbommel, Newfoundland

Location: On site in Zaltbommel, The Netherlands

For our Sales, Marketing and Services Organization in Zaltbommel, we are looking for a HR Business Partner who will play a key role in the Leadership team, by working closely with a wide diversity of local and international stakeholders and who will be responsible for pro-actively developing, securing, and implementing our strategic and tactical HR policy in line with the company’s strategy.

Role Overview:

As part of the Management team, in this role you are responsible for translating organizational and industry developments into policy and action points within the HR department and beyond. You will monitor budgets, connect business objectives to HR objectives and ensure that HR processes run optimally, making you a strong HR Business Partner within the company. You will act as a most reliable HR partner for higher and middle management and you are a member of the management team.

The HR Business Partner is also responsible for providing hands-on support with the help of our Shared Service Center, advising and facilitating the primary process in the HR field.

This role is reporting into the HR Manager Benelux.

  • Knowledge management, ensure continuity within the organization through talent development and strategic personnel planning

  • Implement, optimize and monitor the HR processes in close collaboration with the HR Business Partners from other locations and the Shared Services Center in Budapest

  • Coach and advise (line) management in the field of strategy implementation and leadership

Qualifications:

  • Educated at Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

  • Experienced in HR, with at least 6-10 years’ experience in a multinational, manufacturing company

  • Excellent communication skills, a positive, results-oriented mentality

  • You take responsibility and have a “Can do” mentality. You know how to adapt well in different circumstances

  • A strong personality, with a clear HR vision

  • You set things in motion and have a sense of creativity and through your enthusiasm you know how to convince and bring people together

  • Knowledge of relevant developments in the field and relevant legislation and regulations in the field of Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Sustainable Employability, Labor Relations, Inclusion & Diversity

  • English & Dutch languages at fluent level are required due to a high level of international exposure
