BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
岗位职责：
配合编写BASF一期项目分析方法和管理制度。
配合中央实验室新设备的安装调试以及方法的建立、校准和验证。
配合Lims及CDS系统的建设工作。
配合中央实验室建筑物及水、电、气、风、网络等条件审查工作。
接受公司各类培训，具备为装置开工及运行提供分析服务的能力；监督岗位人员的培训工作。
参与开工试剂、物料的准备工作。
负责本班组的安全管理，严格执行公司安全规范和日常“5S”管理规范。
组织本班生产运行，安全、准确、高效地完成各项分析任务，异常情况及临时性要求与相关方进行沟通并处理。
负责本班班组人员管理及样品流转等第三方人员管理，以及周末及节假日期间白班人员的管理。
负责本班分析数据的审核、及时报出，样品及异常数据的处理 。
作为LIMS系统的关键用户，负责当班期间LIMS系统的正常运行。
配合完成实验室技术人员的日常培训，督促本班组人员接受必要的培训。
配合分析方法的校准和质量控制工作。
配合设备的日常维护、保养及计量检定工作。
确保岗位化学试剂、工器具等满足生产需要；完成本班留样的登记与留存管理。
接受倒班工作安排，有良好的服务意识。
具有化学化工相关专业大专或以上学历。
七年以上实验室工作经验及两年以上实验室班组管理经验，熟悉工厂实验室基本工作流程，对色谱、光谱或者湿化学分析有较为丰富的经验。具有大型乙烯化工或炼油项目工作经验，并了解典型生产装置工艺流程者优先。
具备良好的计算机技能，熟悉Lims系统操作。具备良好英语沟通能力者优先。
