In our Hematology & Oncology Division, we are responsible for medicines that help to improve the health and quality of life of patients with oncological diseases. In the field of multiple myeloma in haematology, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team as soon as possible:

PRODUCT MANAGER - DARZALEX

YOUR PURPOSE:

  • Improve the growth of the assigned product within the country by developing and driving commercial action plan based on the CVT’s brand strategy and brand plans

  • Leads the cross-functional execution of projects and contributes to the CVT with local insights and recommendations

  • Contribute to the EMEA/MSM Functional Marketing Networks, representing the local interest and providing local insights

  • Ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the product

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for leading the development and execution of the local commercial action plan based on the brand plan to position the product in line with the CVT’s strategy and to achieve the committed business goals (e.g. NTS) with the agreed resources (OOP budget)

  • Lead the cross-functional Local Action Team (LAT) ensuring the deployment of the commercial tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects.

  • Ensure the execution of the local cross-functional customer engagement plan with the LAT for competitive advantage, drives external focus of the Local Action Team

  • Lead local commercial projects, such as development and execution of campaigns, development of sales material, congress presences, market insight generation projects with an innovative Omnichannel approach

  • Plan, monitor and track the performance and forecasting of the respective brand.

  • Develop and manage partnerships with external key partners to drive competitive advantage and Janssens‘ reputation

  • Contribute to the CVT by providing marketing expertise, deep local market insights, customer needs, competitor insights, by engaging local partners, with development of local plans and by leading local commercial/marketing projects within the function and across functions

  • Contribute to the development of the overall training plan, and lead the development and execution of the commercial training elements

  • Support the development of the local cross-functional business plan from a country perspective, lead the development of the local commercial plan, provides insightful input into local financial forecasts

  • Contribute to the EMEA and the Mid-Sized-Markets (MSM) Marketing Functional networks (if applicable) by providing local market expertise, sharing standard methodologies and representing the local interests

  • Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity of supply.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc/MBA/MSc or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing

  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry

  • Digital, omnichannel experience seen as advantage

  • Capabilities to lead a cross-functional team

  • Project management skills

  • Fluency in English and German required, French considered an advantage

  • Strong eye for business with sense of urgency
